* モーゼル vs ラインガウ(ドイツのリースリング)
* ドイツリースリング vs オーストリアリースリング
* グリューナー vs リースリング(ドイツオーストリアの代表白品種)
* ツヴァイゲルト vs シュペートブルグンダー(ドイツオーストリアの代表赤品種)
* 辛口 vs 甘口
など色々な視点から飲み比べして
産地の個性、テロワールを感じながら
ティスティングしていきます
なかなか飲む機会の少ない
ゲミシュターザッツ（一つの畑に複数品種のブドウを混植し、それらを同時に収穫して一緒に醸造するワインの伝統的なスタイル）やツヴァイゲルトのワインも飲んでいきます
比較ティスティングする事でいつも新しい発見があります💡

Theme:
“Exploring the Diversity of Germany and Austria Through 9 Wines”
Join us for a comparative tasting journey through some of the most distinctive wine regions and grape varieties of Germany and Austria.
During the session, we will explore a variety of perspectives, including:
* Mosel vs. Rheingau — two iconic expressions of German Riesling
* German Riesling vs. Austrian Riesling
* Grüner Veltliner vs. Riesling — the signature white grapes of Austria and Germany
* Zweigelt vs. Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) — representative red varieties of Austria and Germany
* Dry vs. Sweet styles
Through side-by-side tastings, we will discover how terroir, climate, and winemaking traditions shape each wine’s unique character.
We will also taste some wines that are rarely encountered, including:
* Gemischter Satz, Vienna’s traditional field blend made from multiple grape varieties grown together in the same vineyard and harvested and ferment together
* Zweigelt, Austria’s most widely planted red grape variety
Comparative tasting always reveals new perspectives and unexpected discoveries.

シャルドネ・テイスティング。
品種の特性を説明しながら、試飲して産地の特徴を掴んでいきながら、楽しくお勉強していきます。
高級ワイン、キスラー、ルシアンボワイヨのピュリニーモンラッシェのペリエールも贅沢に試飲していきます。
本当はガヤのガヤ・エ・レイも入れて高級ワイン3本ブラインドティスティングして、美味しいワインを選んで欲しかったけど、大赤字になるので今回は断念😣

The 16th Renée Wine Study Session

Join us on a tasting journey through the world’s premier Chardonnay-producing regions.
As we explore the characteristics of Chardonnay, we will taste wines from different regions, learning how terroir and winemaking styles shape each wine’s unique expression. This will be an enjoyable and educational experience for both newcomers and seasoned wine lovers.
We will also have the rare opportunity to taste two prestigious wines:
* Kistler McCrea Vineyard Chardonnay
* Lucien Boillot Puligny-Montrachet Les Perrières
I originally hoped to include Gaja Gaia & Rey as well and conduct a blind tasting of three world-class Chardonnays, asking participants to choose their favorite. Unfortunately, the event budget would have ended up deeply in the red, so we’ll save that idea for another time!
